Our role
BG VIP Medical is a facilitator. We organise consultations, travel and stay between you and independent accredited clinics in Turkey. We do not provide medical treatment ourselves and we do not give medical advice. The treating clinic remains responsible for the medical service it delivers.
Information on this site
Content on this website is for general information only. It is not a diagnosis, a treatment plan, or a substitute for a consultation with a qualified doctor. Always rely on a written medical plan from your treating clinic.
Quotes and bookings
Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. A booking is confirmed only once you accept a written plan and price in writing. Any deposit, payment or cancellation terms are set out in that document.
Liability
We do our best to introduce you to the right clinic and to organise your trip carefully. We are not liable for clinical outcomes, which depend on the treating clinic, or for events outside our reasonable control such as airline delays or visa decisions.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Istanbul.
