BG VIP Medical is a medical-tourism facilitator registered in Istanbul, Turkey. We act as the data controller for the information you send through this website and our messaging channels.
What we collect
Your name, phone, optional email, language and the message you send us, including any medical reports you choose to share. We do not collect payment details on this website.
Why we use it
To answer your enquiry, prepare a medical plan with our partner clinics and organise your travel and stay. We share medical information only with the specific clinic we propose for your case, after your confirmation.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to provide our service to you, and for up to three years afterwards, unless a longer period is required by law. Medical reports are deleted on your request.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to access, correct or delete your data, or to stop using it for marketing. Write to info@bgvipmedical.com and we reply within 30 days.
